Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 1970
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, purchasing a program, or otherwise using AttentiveKids (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who we are
The Service is provided by MindSpring Innovations Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 444 W Lake St, Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60606, USA. MindSpring Innovations Inc. is the seller of all programs, memberships, and coaching offered on AttentiveKids.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle issues all receipts and tax invoices, handles payment processing, and manages refunds and chargebacks. Use of Paddle is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
3. What we sell
AttentiveKids offers digital products and services, including:
- One-time digital programs (e.g. the 21-Day Attention Reset)
- Monthly memberships with AI-powered coaching
- 1:1 and group coaching sessions delivered live
All digital products are delivered online via your AttentiveKids dashboard. There is no physical shipment.
4. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Monthly memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file with Paddle. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then. We do not refund the current billing period that has already been charged.
Refund mechanics for one-time purchases and coaching are described in our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
AttentiveKids content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within your immediate family. You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any program or content
- Share login credentials or grant access to non-family members
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source materials
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
7. Intellectual property
All content on AttentiveKids — including the FINE™ Framework, Attention Intelligence™, written curriculum, video lessons, audio meditations, branding, and software — is owned by MindSpring Innovations Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, family use while your account is in good standing.
8. Disclaimers — not medical advice
