1. Hosting, database and accounts

Lovable Cloud provides the managed application hosting, database, account and storage services used by this app, with infrastructure suppliers behind that service. It receives account, family, practice, operational and technical data needed to run the service. The actual database region, backup retention and supplier chain were not verified for this draft. Do not infer residency from the .com or .in domain.

2. Payments

Stripe processes US/International checkout, subscriptions and refunds. Dodo Payments processes India checkout, supported UPI/card payments, subscriptions and refunds. They receive checkout contact details and payment information, and return status and payment references. Their legal role may include independent obligations rather than only acting as our processor; contracts and regions require review.

3. Email

Resend sends application welcome, trial, payment, cancellation, refund, digest, lead and fixed safety messages from our sender domain. It receives recipient addresses and rendered content. Account-confirmation and password-reset emails currently use the hosting account service's default sender path, not the custom Resend app sender.

4. Model service

AI model provider (US) is the generic label for the external model processing used by parent coaching and eligible teen study tools through a managed server gateway. It receives the prompt text described in the Privacy Policy. Structured child names are not deliberately added, but free text is not guaranteed de-identified. Processing location, prompt retention, training-use and contractual transfer safeguards remain pending verification. We do not publish provider/model names in customer-facing content.

5. Analytics, fonts and ancillary services

First-party analytics is operated in our own application and managed database; no separate third-party analytics platform is added by the inspected app. External fonts are fetched from a web-font service. A booking link takes you to Calendly, whose notice governs information you choose to give there; that is separate from filling our contact form.

6. Changes and requests

This is a code-based draft inventory, not a complete contract-backed supplier attestation. Legal review must confirm supplier entities, roles, locations, retention, onward suppliers and transfer protections.
