Refund Policy

Effective date: January 1, 1970

The short version: Digital programs come with a 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. All refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

1. One-time digital programs (Tiers 1 and 2 — $9–$147)

30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked.

If you're not satisfied with a digital program — including the Free 3-Day Fix add-ons, the 21-Day Attention Reset, or any standalone program priced between $9 and $147 — email support@attentivekids.com within 30 days of purchase with the order email you used at checkout. We'll process a full refund through Paddle.

2. Monthly subscriptions (Tiers 3 and 4 — $7.99–$49/month)

You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then.

We do not refund the current billing period that has already been charged. Future renewals will not be charged after cancellation.

3. Coaching sessions (Tier 5)

  • Cancel 48+ hours before your scheduled session — receive a full credit toward a future session.
  • Cancel within 48 hours — the session is forfeited and not refundable.
  • No-shows — the session is forfeited and not refundable.

4. School licenses (Tier 6)

Refund and cancellation terms for school and district licenses are negotiated individually and set out in your written agreement with MindSpring Innovations Inc. Contact your account lead for details.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@attentivekids.com from the email you used at checkout.
  2. Include your order ID — you'll find it in the receipt email Paddle sent you.
  3. We'll authorize the refund through Paddle, typically within 1–2 business days.
  4. Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments on AttentiveKids are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Your card or bank statement will show Paddle rather than AttentiveKids or MindSpring Innovations Inc.
